No sunbeds available for the shared communal pool. Bedroom no. 3 is downstairs and is very small.

Excellent location 5 mins to Beach, Bars & Supermarket. La Zenia Boulevard shopping centre 10-15 mins walk. Quad House had all you need, in a quiet area, Communal pool 25 meters away. Bus stop to Torrevieja outside The Boulevard. Had a small issue re security deposit, which was eventually sorted.

The Garden plants needed to be cut back, they were over the patio area & we had a mosquito issue. No cleaning products for the bathrooms. Info about the area (bars restaurants/takeaways) & wi-fi code etc would have been nice, although we are familiar with the area, other travellers might not be.

"MUY BUENA UBICACIÓN Y MUY LIMPIO"

La ubicación nos gustó mucho y la piscina no estaba mal. La casa estaba limpia y todo estaba muy ordenado y bonito. Había aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones. Estaba decorada con buen gusto y los utensilios y cajones de cocina también limpios y ordenados. Había tostadora, hervidor de agua, microondas, horno. Nos gustó la Cala Las Estacas, a la que se podía llegar andando en unos 10 minutos. Hay también un supermercado al lado, Mercadona, al que se llega a pie en unos tres minutos. La casera fue muy amable.

En el porche de fuera hacía calor la mayor parte del día. Había una planta baja y una primera planta, la verdad es que esto no lo esperábamos y no está claro cuando lees la descripción de la casa, pensábamos que estaba todo en una misma planta y estar subiendo y bajando escaleras nos resultó algo incómodo e inesperado. En la planta baja había un dormitorio, salón-cocina y baño y en la primera planta había otros dos dormitorios. Es una casa ideal para el invierno porque es algo calurosa, tuvimos puesto el aire acondicionado gran parte del día. La zona de la piscina no estaba mal aunque le faltaba un poco más de sombra. Disfrutamos la estancia pero quizás esperábamos un poco más.
