This guesthouse is located in SuttonThe location is really safe - it's all residential areas around, so it's super quiet at night with no noise at all. The room was well-equipped, and we had a great time staying here for five nights

"Compact but lovely"

Peaceful, close to Morden Station yet it felt a world away, parking, lovely bedroom.

It did its job for an overnight stay.

"Comfortable little annex"

It is very stylish and it was clean,warm and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The annex is convenient for shops, cafes and the station. The parking was a bonus but it was a tight squeeze for an estate car.

It is attached to the owner's house and the walls are not all that well insulated from noise, so it was possible to hear children shouting and music playing. The road noise was an issue for me, as was the aircraft noise.

I was very satisfied with my stay! The apartment is excellent, very well maintained and extremely clean, which made all the difference in the experience. The tranquility of the place is also a big plus, perfect for relaxing. In addition, having parking available made the trip much easier. I would definitely recommend it and would happily stay again!

"Calm vibes, clean, spacious and very good value for money and a supportive host."

The underfloor heating and the Garden view from the bedroom was very good. I also liked that evrything was available such as cooking utensills and such, clean plates cups glasses etc. the location was close to where I had to egt to but on a quiet road. It was local to shops and I even popped into the Cinema during my stay. Most of all though, was the quick responses to any questions, which was done almost immeadiatly. I ama seasoned travler and was very impressed and will be staying there again.

House is very nice and cosy. All furniture are new and I really enjoyed my time. Cyprus is very available for everything and open to any request. It was my second time and I will definitely be back.
