Peaceful, quiet, price

Cleanliness, yard, wasn't mowed, a few things needed updated and repaired.

Beautiful serene location!

It could’ve been cleaner. I swept and cleaned the sink out that had spit and toothpaste but that was the only issue!

It was just old looking and it had everything u need

The price, the space,the washer and dryer, the fire ring and included fire wood,the shower.

The broken steps coming down off the road,the high grass,the active wasp nest in the siding on the front porch, couldn't sit outside long,the floor in kitchen buckled when walked on ,we had to clean when we got there, floors were dirty and place smelled musty,Bed not very comfortable and main complaint no dead bolt on back door only secured by a slide bolt .It seems like a quiet neighborhood but it's a different world,doors need to be locked and secured.

It was perfect location for our needs this weekend and it was SO cozy! Well taken care of little cottage, comfy bed, very roomy as well. Wish we could have stayed longer!

That it was away from the city.

I didn't like that the steps were broken. I tripped not knowing that they were broken. I almost fell. I was upset by that. The master bed was uncomfortable and there was no top sheet, the fitted sheet that was on there was very dirty. The odor in the house was horrible. We left out to get plugins and fabreeze. Also, the floor was not swept at all. You get what you pay for. Other than that it was decent. I would stay again if those things were fixed. Overall, the house is outdated and needs some upgrades. The shower was great. We did have everything that we needed otherwise. It was definitely in a great location for us.

Beautiful and peaceful. House was perfect for our needs. The ride to Terra Alta for family event was scenic and enjoyable as well.

Not really negative for us but no connection with our Verizon network. Not a real issue but may be for other travelers.
