Luxury Highrise in Midtown - Skyline Views and Chic Decor

The location is perfect. The apartment was super clean.

Parking garage crammed

The property was clean and welcoming. It did give the vibe of privacy rather than a hotel. The owner was responsive and allowed us to check in earlier. Everything that you want to do in midtown is near as well.

Very clean, great location, & beautiful views & vibes..

No wash towels, so I had to go to Wal-Mart and buy my own set of towels. No iron so I had to go buy one from Wal-Mart or ironing board There was only one roll of tissue paper that was already being used, no hand soap in the bathroom, and I had to go buy my own from Wal-Mart ... a small trash 🗑 that didn't have any trash bags available... it's the host personal apartment, so I went and bought cleaning supplies just to do another cleaning...

The host is very strange and not honest... He will message at all times of day early morning late night middle of day asking questions about the Apt if maintenance came are u going to check out early or not then if u don't reply he starts asking u to confirm... Apt very small has bedroom had funny smells he had 2 open bottles of Cheap cognac and and after we checked out he called us lairs and said we opened both bottles..but didn't drink and we owe him $100 .. this guy should not be allowed to rent apt he doesn't own .. please beware this guy not professional and very rude kept messaging me telling me to take care of his apt .. just very strange

The place was dirty , and had to go buy cleaning supplies to clean up the place. The carpet is dirty/stained while the lamps have no light bulbs. The glass shower door was also very dirty with shower marks that were unappealing as well as the refrigerator that had stains all over it. Lastly, the owner claims I broke his restroom tile and is charging me $400 when there's no way I could break it? It's sad that we cleaned this place, booked for three days & they're still trying to find a way to make more money by accusing us of their own damages. Do yourself a favor and save a headache by just staying at a hotel or at an actual "Luxury" apartment.

The cleanliness of the apartment and all common areas was impeccable. It was evident that the owner takes great pride in maintaining a spotless environment. The apartment was spacious, well-furnished, and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The cozy bed ensured a good night's sleep, and the modern bathroom added to the convenience. The owner went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. He was always ready to assist with any requests or questions I had, making me feel valued as a guest. Beautiful Views: the apartment offers amazing views over Houston Downtown! Highly recommended!!
