La casa di Alessia nel centro di Como - Alessiatravelling

Prostran i udoban smeštaj, poseduje sve što je potrebno u jednom domaćinstvu. Krevet je veoma udoban. Vrlo je čisto, lepo je održavano, stvari su nove. Kuhinja je kompletno opremljena. Lokacija je fenomenalna. Zgrada je lepa, uredna i čista. Bukvalno na 5 minuta hoda od San Giovanni stanice i od obale jezera, 3 minuta hoda od centra starog grada. Na 3-4 min hoda od apartmana je veliki supermarket koji radi 24/7. Za svaku preporuku.

Sve je u redu. Samo skrećem pažnju da je stan u prizemlju zgrade, za slučaj da nekome znači ta informacija. Nama nije smetalo, bezbedno je.

- Das Apartment war sehr ringhörig - Das Türschloss ist ziemlich mühsam zum bedienen. - Schlafsofa ist eher unbequem und knarrtet sehr laut bereits bei kleinsten Bewegungen. - Das angeforderte Babybett wurde initial ohne Mattratze geliefert. Die im Verlauf zur Verfügung gestellte Mattratze war etwas zu klein für das Bett, je nach Grösse des Kindes ist also kein sicherer Schlaf gewährleistet. Zudem wurde kein passender Bezug für die Mattratze geliefert sondern eine für ein sehr viel grösseres Erwachsenenbett. Der Bezug hat also ziemlich viele Falten geschlagen, was wiederum auch ein Gesundheitsrisiko darstellte. - An einem Tag unseres Aufenthaltes wurden Bauarbeiten am Gebäude durchgeführt, weshalb wir von 9:00 bis 19:00 Uhr kein laufendes Wasser hatten. Wir wurden darüber nicht vorangehend informiert. Ein Aushang im Gebäude diesbezüglich war auf 5 Tage vor unserer Ankunft datiert und die Information somit sicherlich mind. so lange schon beim Host vorliegend. Wären wir informiert worden, wären wir aufgrund der Reise mit einem Baby sicherlich nicht in dieses Apartment und hätten den Aufenthalt storniert. Eine Reklamation diesbezüglich stiess leider auf taube Ohren.

Location is perfect, walking distance from train station, lake Como ferry station and restaurants.

Communication is not that good and the stovetop is not working.

We had a lovely stay at La casa di Alessia in the center of Como. Location of the apartment is ideal it’s ~10 mins from Como train station, ~12 minutes from water bus ferry and ~15 mins from regional urban bus. There is 24 x 7 grocery store near by, other restaurants and shops to the lakefront are just a short walk away. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and had a cozy feeling. The check-in process was smooth and there were clear instructions provided. The apartment was quiet at night, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout.

The only thing that could have made our stay even better would be having powerful air conditioning in the bedroom.

Our family of three (originally four, as our younger daughter couldn’t join due to work) had a 5-star stay at Alessia1 in Como, Italy—our best accommodation yet. The location is perfect, just a 6-minute walk to Como S. Giovanni train station and Alessandro Volta Museum, 4 minutes to Alessandro Volta Square, 9 minutes to the ferry terminal, and 8 minutes to the Assumption Cathedral, with restaurants nearby. A luggage storage beneath the building was a handy perk. The one-bedroom flat greeted us with a “Home Sweet Home” sign, featuring a highchair, folding shoe rack, and key basket—thoughtfully designed. It was spotless, with comfortable beds and functional appliances (we used the AC, shower, toaster, and microwave). Alessia’s welcome included water, croissants, biscuits, coffee capsules, and tea sachets, reflecting her hospitality. Despite the ground-floor position, it felt secure and undisturbed. We missed meeting Alessia due to self-check-in/out, but her thoughtfulness shone through. Thank you, Alessia, for an unforgettable stay—please show up if we return!

The ground floor location with windows to the inner courtyard of the building made us feel a little compromised in privacy and safety. Nevertheless, we were not disturbed or bothered by anyone. The host or one of her staff should have shown up at least once.
