Central Fenix apartment - Free private parking-Fast WI-FI

Räume ausreichend groß, zwei Schlafzimmer, zentrale Lage, klimatisiert, WLAN

Garage für das Auto zwei Blöcke weit entfernt, wenig Licht dort und sehr veraltet. Wohnung schmuddelig und nicht sauber, genau 1!!Geschirrtuch für vier Tage. Wohnung veraltet- Foto müssen schon sehr alt sein, dreckiger Balkon. Wie diese Unterkunft 9,4 Sterne hat ist mir ein Rätsel !! Couch wollte ich ausziehen und im Wohnzimmer schlafen da die Klimaanlage sich darin befand jedoch beim ausziehen der Couch verging es mir da ganze Kekse, Kaugummis, Dreck und Staubhaufen drinnen waren. Auch unter den Betten war viel Staub und das Bad war reichlich noch mit Haaren von anderen Personen. Bilder vorhanden. Geld wurde sofort bei Schlüsselübergabe abgeknöpft.

Central Fenix Apartment is a fantastic choice for a holiday in Novi Sad. It is 5min walking distance to the centre and all the cafes and restaurants. The apartment itself is absolutely lovely! Spacious, well appointed, clean. Perfect for a short or longer stay. It also has a free car park available. The host Elizavet is easy to communicate with, and very responsive. We would most definitely stay here again!

Appartment is very well located, 5 min walk from the city centre, has a parking (walking distance), small but useful balcony and all the basic amenities one would need. It was 5 of us and we got 2 sets of keys from the owner which was super helpful for organizing our arrivals.

For appartements that host more then 2 people I think lock box is a great way to enable guests to arrive home at different times and not locking anyone outside. I'd also recommend the owner to stay one or 2 nights at their appartment to notice what someone needs in the day - so that the guests feel more comfortable. Like towel hooks, a bit bigger sink in the bathroom, enough cups and glasses for multiple people. Like I said, things were fine, but with a really small investment they could be amazing :).
