The location, apartment size, parking, landscaping, swimming pool, and the friendliness of the people I interact with.

Unfortunately, the overall condition and maintenance of the apartment were below expectations. Upon arrival, the apartment had an unpleasant odor, and the level of cleanliness was unsatisfactory. The shower curtain in one of the bathrooms was in a very poor and unhygienic state. There were not enough kitchen utensils, such as glasses and chairs, for four guests, and some items were damaged — several chairs, for instance, had sharp edges that caused discomfort. Only one dish towel was provided, and it was in extremely poor condition. The toaster was broken, and the television was not working or even plugged in. The sofas were heavily soiled, and the sofa beds were in poor condition; both had loose frames and were difficult to operate. The mattresses in one of the bedrooms were extremely uncomfortable and clearly in need of replacement. Additionally, one of the bathrooms had a burnt-out lightbulb, a broken toilet seat, and a loose showerhead holder that was not compatible with the installed shower. These issues significantly affected our comfort during the stay and should be addressed promptly to ensure a better experience for future guests

Limpeza geral do apartamento não era agradável. Sofás da sala muito sujos. Cozinha pouco equipada. Falta de forno

Apenas a praia. Água super quente.

Foi a pior experiência em apartamentos que a nossa família teve. Beatas e lixo atrás do sofá. Camas super desconfortáveis. Talheres e loiça suja na cozinha. Ar condicionado não funcionou durante dois dias e quem teve que resolver com o técnico de manutenção fomos nós. Não houve limpeza durante uma semana inteira de estadia. Não houve troca de toalhas. Vamos decepcionados desta semana. Havia tanta coisa errada que nem conseguimos integrar todas neste texto. Espero que este comentário ajude a afastar quem queira passar uns bons momentos em Isla Canela. Sit apartaments, uma vergonha para a bela praia de Isla Canela.
