Yealm Cabin Self Catering Log Cabin in Devon with Hot Tub

The area and views were amazing. Everything was clean and ready for us on arrival. The owner was very nice and relaxed.

Everything was perfect. Nothing to complain about at all.

Impeccably clean, amazing views, under floor heating in the bathroom, comfy bed, loads of space, great hot tub and amazing hosts. We went in March and it was so warm and cosy. Lovely walks around the grounds to the lake. Fantastic.

Nothing… just wished we could have stayed longer so can’t wait to go back.

The setting was beautiful and the wifi was great considering its in the middle of nowhere

It was dirty. The bathroom was dirty, the taps still had toothpaste stains, bedroom smelt of damp, the whole living space smells strongly of wet dog, the sofas are stained. There are a lot of fake plants everywhere that are covered in dust. The bed is very cheap, very low and the mattress is too soft, the springs dig into you. The pillows are far too soft too. The hot tub was dirty on arrival, there was actual dirt in the bottom. Also the jets dont work. The outside patio table and chairs are completely weathered and rusty u cant sit at it. To access the bathroom you have to go outside through the courtyard, in the dark dark of night, none of the outside lights work, very dangerous. Such a shame.

We stayed here for 2 nights on our nature road trip as a family of 4. The location is lovely and quiet and a good base to go and explore the area. Hot Tub is a nice bonus
