"Very unpleasant, we paid for two nights but due to the smell we stayed only one night even without a refund."

The room had a strong, unpleasant smell as soon as we walked in—a mix of urine, smoke, and mustiness. The sheets were dirty, the bathroom door was difficult to close, and there was a used towel on the floor when we arrived. Even the breakfast cereal was stale. I reported these issues to the front desk, but they refused to offer a refund or any meaningful solution. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend staying here.
