La atención por parte del personal es destacable.

Me he quedado en muchos hoteles de McAllen y la habitación definitivamente olía demasiado a humedad, era demasiado incómoda, había lagartijas, y entiendo que son animales del exterior e inofensivos pero regularmente prefiero no pagar para dormir con ellas. Amablemente me cambiaron de habitación, OLIA MEJOR, SUPER AROMATIZA. En cuanto a utensilios necesarios para ser Wyndham este es de su más baja categoría, me he quedado en otros Súper 8 y tienen todo lo necesario. El shampoo de sobre 5ml aprox y uno por habitación(éramos 3 personas y un niño), jabon de manos uno extremadamente pequeño, que si quieres más tienes que ir hasta recepción (lo ideal sería no perder tiempo en esto). Toallas muy pequeñas. Si eres de los que necesita descansar bien en una cama cómoda, esta está regular, 3 de 5. El desayuno, lo mismo de siempre, waffles, cereal, leche, café, bien ahí. Tiene refrigerador y microondas..El personal es muy amable, resuelven con exactitud tus inquietudes. El personal de limpieza te agradece haberte quedado ahí, lo que es un buen detalle. La ubicación es buena. El costo de la habitación no fue el mas barato, lo que permite encontrar otras opciones más equipadas. En conclusión y personalmente no volveré.

Ubicación y solicité estar en PB, por viajar con adulto mayor y pudieron realizar mi petición

Te dejan un minimini jaboncito y un mini sobre de shampo para dos personas, tuvimos que solicitar mas, ya que te gastas dos por persona. Las toallas ya se ven gastadas, dan la impresión de que no estar recién lavadas, las tuve que oler, y aun así me quedé con esa duda
