The perfect place 3 Bedroom house with garden and parking

The property was outstanding. It was so clean and tidy throughout. A lot of detail definitely went into designing this house and it was such a pleasure to see.

The Perfect Place was a wonderful place to stay for me and my family. The home was immaculate and there were lovely complimentary items such as cookies, tea bags, coffee and milk which made the stay so much more enjoyable (as I forgot to bring some teabags!) The beds were incredibly comfortable so after a very long day travelling and visiting family, we all got a very good nights sleep. The garden was lovely with beautiful views over the fence. The whole place felt so welcoming and the host was so friendly and helpful. I really hope to stay here again when visiting family who live close by. Thank you for such an enjoyable stay.

Welcome selection of tea/coffee etc together with chocolate and biscuits, a very nice touch. Decor and cleanliness was exceptional and the bedrooms were all large with comfortable beds and pleasing decor. A lovely home altogether which we hope to stay in again when we visit friends in Barnsley next year.

Absolutely everything was fantastic! One of our best home stays by miles. Loved how cosy and homely this property is, and the Xmas tree and decs were a gorgeous touch. 10/10 highly rated. Thank you so much.

Very beautiful and well maintained property, great for a group for a relaxed weekend. Lovely location in quiet area with plenty of parking.

Minor comment is that the bathroom light was a little bit unreliable but everything else was perfect.

The house was well laid out and had plenty of everything available. The towels were fluffy and there was a fabulous welcome pack.

The house was beautifully presented and equipped with everything we needed. It was lovely and clean and everything finished to a great standard. The communication with the owner was brilliant and everything was well explained. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely recommend this to friends and family.
