NO RESORT FEES-MGM Stripview-Jacuzzi-Formula 1 TRACK VIEW

This is falsely advertised as a one-bedroom. It's a single room / studio, not a one-bedroom.

I was unsure about this location when booking but it's actually perfect. You can easily walk to the strip from the Signature tower, the tower is connected to the MGM casino and hotel and you can also take the monorail from there.

No information/ manuals in the room, so we didn’t know about the washing machine and worked out how to use the spa. That said, I could have contacted the host, but I didn’t want to be a hassle.

We had to go to tower 1 to take lyft(shared car pick up) though we stayed tower 3/ but woman in counter told me tower 2, I wasted my time

While cheack out I had been waiting for an hour with my luggage and was wondering why are they not getting the car though scanned multiple time . After an hour they come and say the your car has been damaged by the valet driver while getting it . It was completely scratched and created a nuisance for my entire day . I had to head to San Diego but my entire day was spoilt due to this . The property need to bare with this entire loss

Liked that there was none of that dreaded resort fee (this was the biggest plus for booking this room). Room was clean and the view was great. Host was responsive and accommodated all my requests -- room on a high floor; and the TV was fixed right away. Everything you'd expect from a good quality hotel. Plus there were kitchen utensils, cups and plates -- everything you need to make your own meals, if you prefer.

Some inconsistency on check-in and check-out times. Website said 12:00 am - 12:00 am (custom check-in/check-out). Later received a note from the host on the day of arrival that check-in is 3pm and checkout is 11am. Requested a late checkout for 12 noon, but then also received a note saying $35/hr for late checkouts. All of this was a tad confusing and somewhat inconsistent. Otherwise, a great stay.

This is a beautiful condominium in a fantastic location. The view from the 24th floor is amazing. It’s spacious and had all the amenities we wanted. I would definitely stay there again.

You must use the valet service and it may take a while for your car to be delivered to you. It’s not a problem if you allow extra time.

It was great to have a fully equipped kitchen. Great views. Generous amount of linen and towels. We loved our stay and would recommend this place to others.

Beautiful resort

Didn't have hand soap. Trying to contact third party house keeping was a bit difficult because it's booked through booking. com. Resort itself will not assist with any concerns. Had a toilet leak but once we could contact host we were able to get it fixed and in a timely manner.
