This place needs maintainance. The bathroom did not have toiletries, the toilet outside did not have a knob to close, it was broken, the bed sheets and cover sheets were not readily available, I had to do some hassle to arrange it. Also, the bathroom wash basin taps were loose and uncomfortable. The bath towels and hand towels were placed inside cupboard which smelled very very bad that one may not even want to use it. Very pungent smell. I was not given instructions for the keys in advance even an hour before. It seems to be that owner does not do due diligence to maintain and make customer experience better.
ININSafety, hygiene and comfortable stay for a family. The staff are well behaved. We had a good stay there and the price was also reasonable. Please keep it up.
Everything is good, including the caretaker and the co-ordinator. Nothing to dis like.

1). Not a safe place for a family to stay. 2). No company staff available at the property even for opening the gate and house door. They guide us through a phone call only. 3). No restaurant available nearby. 4). No generator back up. It's high risk especially in that area. There are no other houses nearby for seeking help at night. 5). Never ever pay advance money for reservation. When you reach the location only you realise that you are trapped and the owner never refund the money. 6). The owner is a fraud. They earn money through the trapping of reservation money. They never give a receipt for reservation payment. Please do not get trapped by the paid positive comments about them. My family was her victim in the day of Diwali in 2024.
