Naduri, Beautiful Gozitan Villa plus Pool - Happy Rentals

Overall the villa itself was nice, clean and spacious. Space: The villa is large enough to easily accommodate a group of friends or a family. Every bedroom has an en suite which makes it very convenient when sharing with a large group of people. Location: The location is fantastic allowing you to explore most of Gozo within half an hour of drive. On top of that, there's a mostly empty parking space on the street right by the airbnb. Views: The open roof terrace is huge and lets you admire a big panorama of the island. Check-in: Collecting keys on arrival was very easy. There's a combination key safe and the host sent us the code before arrival.

Misleading Air Conditioning Policy: At a time of booking, the listing advertised air conditioning with no mention of additional charges. Upon arrival, we discovered we had to pay extra fees to activate the AC units and continue paying throughout our stay. Given Gozo's very hot climate, this undisclosed cost felt deceptive. Poor Customer Service: When we requested help with cleaning the pool, the host was dismissive. He suggested we clean it ourselves with the provided net, which was impractical since the bugs and debris had sunk to the bottom of the pool. His response included sarcastic and unprofessional remarks. While he eventually sent a technician to resolve the issue, his initial attitude was disappointing.
