Entire House - Literally Across the street from Sea World

We had cheer competition at Sea World and the location of the house was perfect for visiting Sea World!! House is very spacious and welcoming.

The house could use a good deep clean. Vent over the stove was very dusty and under the cabinets in the kitchen there was cobwebs that have been there for a good while. As stated in a few other reviews the lack of towels is frustrating. We ended up using our beach towels and had to come home with wet towels after showering the morning of check out. The microwave was unusable. We went to use it and it was flickering and making a noise like it was about to blow, we shut it off and unplugged it. I reached out to the number provided to call and was told to text or call a different number. Which wasn't that big of a deal but felt like that is something they should have done instead of instructing the guest to. Also, kitchenware is very limited. No measuring cups and mixing bowls. We were able to make due to mix waffle batter successfully but for the kiddos that don't eat waffles we had to go buy pancakes from McDonald's because we couldn't get the pancake batter mixed successfully. Just frustrating when we are on a relatively tight schedule. Beds aren't the most comfortable, they are hard! If you are staying more than a night or two will be rough on your body!

Cleanliness was not up to par. Home needs to be better maintained. Upon arrival I did a complete inspection of the home where I found items broken, hair on bathroom floors, sink, and inside drawers including a brush hairdryer full of someone hair. Shower was not properly cleaned with signs of mildew. Couch pillows had yellow stains and all comforters were cleaned prior to sleeping on beds by us because of a stain on one of the comforters. Past reviews said not enough towels in which I thought would have been rectified, but was not. With a family of 6 that was listed upon booking we were left with 4 large towels. Texted a number that I was given by booking about not having towels and they came to drop off some the next day. Towels had hair on them as well. Two of us brought towels just in case and glad we did! This home has a potential to be amazing, unfortunately there is nobody informing what needs to be fixed. As an owner of a cleaning business in Florida, this is something that is not acceptable for a rental. Home is in need of a deep clean along with fixing many things that are broken. The house was amazing, really spacious. Felt right at home would definitely stay again.

The house was very close to Sea world within a 5 min drive. The house was a lot larger than expected which was nice!

Not enough extra blankets or towels.

We loved that house, location, cleanliness, the garage was accessible. We will definitely look to stay here again .
