V&S Apartments - Loft Apartment in Fourways, Johannesburg

I really enjoyed my stay at this accommodation. The place is beautiful, and the environment is very peaceful and therapeutic. It’s the kind of space where you can truly relax and unwind. I also felt very safe throughout my stay, as the security is tight and well-managed, which gave me great peace of mind.

There are a few areas that could be improved. While the inside of the accommodation is visually appealing, it feels like it is not being taken care of as well as it should be. The couch, in particular, was quite dirty and uncomfortable, which affected the overall experience. I would recommend that the owner consider replacing the couch with a new one and adding a few finishing touches to the interior, such as wall art or decorative pieces. The space already has great potential—it just needs a bit of care and attention to detail to make it exceptional. Overall, it’s a lovely place with a great atmosphere, and with a few improvements, it could be truly outstanding.

The location of the place and the fact that you get the entire apartment to yourself. Absolutely a delight! Beautiful terrace and a balcony with an amazing view.

They provided me with old towls, tv was not working and no basic hand soap or shower gel. No heating system but electric fan for the hot days.

The apartment was clean and easily accessible. A small shopping centre is right outside the gate just feet away. A much larger shopping centre is 7 minutes walking distance away. The apartment is very spacious and has useful amenities

Overall, we had a great stay. We appreciated the quiet environment, the strong security, and the convenience of having shopping centres and malls nearby.

There were significant concerns regarding cleanliness. The couch was visibly dirty and uncomfortable to use. The rug also appeared unclean, and the stovetop, kettle, and toaster had not been thoroughly cleaned. The bedding was poorly prepared, the duvet cover did not fit properly, as though a larger inner had been placed inside a smaller cover. The inner itself was unclean, and the sheets and pillows did not seem freshly laundered. Because of this, I don’t think we would go back.
