Nothing at all

I booked for one night received CONFIRMATION via email as well as message through booking.com. on day of check in, host reaches out stating if I don't book another night my reservation was no longer valid! I didn't get upset I stated I should of bever received confirmation and they should specify that they want/require 2 night stay or more. I said please proceed to cancel my reservation and refund my amount paid since your the one canceling on me. Its been days host comes off rude on on messages and no longer responds and booking.com has yet to resolve. They think because you have dollars its no biggie to take a loss. Shame of some people.

"It was decent."

The location and the security.

The hot water. It would run out of hot water in the showers and end up bathing with cold water.
