Cute property. Exactly as pictured. Enjoyed the mini cookies and the glass of wine the first night. Did not use the coffee/tea but appreciated the detail of the host providing it. Property was well supplied, in general. Very professional. Husband thought the armchair was very comfortable. Unit was clean and had updated bathroom, complete with rain shower, bidet, and heated towel rack. Host was very responsive and easy to work with.

Bed extremely firm. That was the only negative.

This place was absolutely fantastic - it was a bit more than I'd usually spend but definitely worth the treat. Paco, the host was very helpful and provided very useful local information that really helped me to get around. For example, there is a public bus stop literally down the road which goes directly to the Alhambra - I had planned to use a taxi so this tip saved me some money too! The apartment had everything I could have needed and was well thought out. Paco's mother left a bottle of wine and some treats in the apartment for my arrival. Although I did not drink the wine, it was such a nice touch and very thoughtful. There was even ice in the freezer which was very welcome as it was warm and I'd been out and about all day. I loved everything about my stay here and will definitely be going back. Thank you so much Paco to you and your mother.

I have to say that honestly, there was nothing at all that I did not like - my only regret was that I did not stay longer but that's fine as I will be going back!

Todo tal cual se ve en las fotos. Limpísimo. Un detalle de bienvenida y sobre todo muy atentos y me proporcionaron toda la información que pudiera necesitar. El edificio una maravilla con la fuente fluyendo en el centro del patio. Lo recomiendo

Lo único malo es la cuesta que hay para llegar, pero en cuanto entras por la puerta se olvida

Apartment was very comfortable and nicely furnished. We appreciated having a washer and dryer. Proximity to all the attractions and many restaurant options.

There was a lot of outside noise from neighboring apartment late at night—both nights we were there. Closed windows did not keep noise out. It was an uphill climb with luggage to the apartment from the street level where our Uber dropped us off—was not expecting that. Not fun! Not so bad leaving as it was downhill.

The place has a beautiful courtyard, and the apartment was spotless and well-organized. We were greeted with thoughtful welcome gifts, including a bottle of wine — though we didn’t manage to open it, as we were already indulging in plenty of wine at the tapas bars (oops!). Paco was incredibly welcoming and shared a lot of useful tips about the city.

A lovingly restored historic building . Location good, near cathedral, bus to Alhambra very close ( taxis are cheap tho so easy to get there.) can walk around the old town and lots of shops, supermarket and restaurants nearby. Very thoughtful hosts, very communicative, quick to respond to any questions, and left us a lovely bottle of wine. Very handy to have a kitchen to do our own breakfast cook ups . Shared Laundry available too on the ground floor which we appreciated as we were on a 6 week trip. Everything you needed was in the apartment including an iron and hairdryer. Comfortable bed so we had a good sleep. Tea and coffee maker provided.
