Perfect location on a quiet pedestrian side street 2 short blocks from the main tourist square. Gorgeous historic renovation (very newly done to a high standard) with courtyard fountains. Elevator, communal 2 clothes washers (with detergent), clothes dryer, AC, microwave, refrigerator, coffee and tea. They leave the key in a lock box for check in and out so you do not have to coordinate meeting times.

This place was perfect. Extremely clean, cozy, and comfortable. Centrally located. Spacious and had all the amenities you’d need. Paco was wonderful and very helpful!

I had high expectations for this place based on the previous comments, but the apartment actually exceeded them all. Everything was beautiful and super clean and comfortable. I have no words to describe it, it was really worth every penny. Paco was really amazing with everything too, he gave me excellent tips, always answered super fast and he and he’s mother made sure everything was perfect for my staying

Very central location, still very quiet. This is a big plus for me as I hate noises in the night. The appartment looks very new. It is built and organised with great details. It is sparkling clean, has everything one may need, capsule coffee machines, water, cookies. The kitchen is well equiped, even olive oil is prepared. The manager is very friendly, gave us good tipps for restaurants and tourist attractions... Recommended!

Beautiful, clean, easy to find and lots of room! There was a kitchen, lounge and even an iron. What more could you ask for. Location was great. There is not such a central area in Granada where you must stay like other cities. It was really close to everything

It is a city in a hill so one must walk up a hill to the place. Not an issue for us but for elderly people it may be. There is a lift in the house

The love and pride that went into the incredible restoration of this historic property by the owner was exceeded only by the way he treated his guests. When we had a minor medical issue, Paco went out of this way to insure we got the help we needed. He also extended himself calling in favors to see that we had a taxi to take us from the apartment (which is difficult to reach) to the train station. He was the most gracious host we have encountered on a 3 month long European trip. The apartment is located just a few minutes walk from both main squares of the city.

Eveything was perfect, including the snacks, wine, and water when we arrived.

The apartment is full of character and furnished in a traditional style, but equipped with everything you need, and spotlessly clean. Our host, Paco, was very welcoming, friendly and helpful, offering really useful advice and recommendations for places to visit/eat.

The apartment was quite dark, but this helps to keep it cool. Our bedroom was small, but big enough for two nights.
