Private house with garden near the Bacvice beach - Ksenia

Klement was such a great host !! The house had anything and everything you’d need, I would highly recommend staying there. Klement was so helpful and always responded super fast to any questions we had. The location was perfect for us, it was 5 minutes from the beach and only 10 minutes from town. There were loads of flyers for activities to do and a booklet about the property that was great. We absolutely loved our stay !!

Location was excellent for exploring Split. Accommodation was perfect for our needs for a long weekend stay for 4. Klement was a great host and even came round and introduced himself and brought us gifts!

Slightly far from town.

Great location- we walked to everything The house was very clean. Klement was always ready to answer our questions and help us. Fantastic host! Great outdoor space

Only minor things. Just suggestions: to have a bread knife in the house and also maybe to have lights outside.

The location was perfect, a quiet residential area but just a short walk to supermarkets, beach and city centre. It had everything you needed for a comfortable stay and Klement (the host) was friendly, helpful and quickly responded if we had questions. There were little treats when we arrived as well which was a lovely touch. The outside space was great to sit in of an evening, the beds were comfortable. I would definitely return.

If I had one thing, it would be to have a fan in the bedrooms. The airconditioning is in the living area.

We like everything, no dissapoints. The property met our expectations. We went for 2 weeks to Croacia and the fact it was a washing machine, saves us to bring lots of clothes. The property is 3 minutes walking distance from a beatiful beach area with clear water. The wifi signal was strong enough to use many divaces at the same time with no problem.

Cannot think in something I didn't like. The property is very well prepared.

Not beachside as advertised. No airport transfer included. Terrible shower and not ver clean. Dodgy electric sockets. Far from town. Definitely not new although advertised as such. Ants in bedroom. Generally very tired looking. Not as displayed in the pictures.
