La ubicación al lado de la catedral y el apartamento están muy bien. La llave del apartamento está dentro de un cajetin en el portal, por lo tanto, muy fácil el acceso al piso. La atención de la persona encargada del apartamento, muy buena. Le hicimos una consulta y enseguida nos llamó con mucha amabilidad.

Solo la ubicación

Nefasta atención al cliente por parte de la empresa encargada de la gestión del apartamento (HOSTINN), haciendo uso de la IA mediante WhatsApp, trato nada cercano. El proceso de chek in online es bastante tedioso, algo que debería de gestionar la empresa directamente y no hacer al cliente estar rellenando todos los datos y escaneo de DNI. No cumplieron con la hora del check in, no estando el piso disponible a las 15:40h. Vajilla sucia, de no haberla limpiado bien, con restos de comida. Todas las quejas han sido dadas a la empresa encargada a través del teléfono una vez que se le comunicaron por WhatsApp y nos llamaron.

"UBICACIÓN EXCEPCIONAL"

Ubicación perfecta. Apartamento moderno al lado de la Catedral. Junto a todas las zonas de restaurantes, tapeo, tiendas, etc.

Era un poco justo para 4 personas. Aunque hay que decir que el sofá cama era cómodo.

La situación, está en pleno centro y un parking justo delante.

Nos ofrecía ascensor y el ascensor estaba en obras y no funcionaba. Éramos 3 personas y solo habían 2 toallas. No había ropa de capa para el sofá cama.
