I love the decor cleanliness and level of security. The hostess was attentive and very gracious! The bed and seating were quite comfortable. It would have been nice if there were Bluetooth speakers in the living room for easy listening to music while relaxing.
There weren't any staple items for cooking such as olive oil or sugar, etc. Will need to bring bottled water as water from the tap is full of sediment. There are no paper towels or extra rolls of tissue. No extra garbage bags, which you will need since no tissue is allowed in the toilet. The hot water doesn't stay hot for long. There are no screens on windows or sliding doors to the balcony to help keep bugs out while enjoying fresh air. One of the TVs didn't work properly. The address was very unclear (even Uber was confused). Some issues with drivers getting through security.

The apartment is as seen in the photos stunning👌🏼 The security at "serena village" is top notch always on guard. The pool area and pool it's self is massive and our family enjoyed the pool. Delivery service for food and drink at local shop great. The lift was a great advantage. Yolanda who recieved us on arrival was amazing she even kept in touch through out our stay to make sure all was going as planned. Our family will definetly be back soon Keep in mind the electricity fee is above the rental fee and is normal for that zone and area.!!
