It was clean

On arrival no one knew where the key was and waited in 5c cold for 20 mins after getting off plane from Australia. Only 1 towel, 1 cup. When booking was for 2. Cold room, heating on first night. Following nights and mornings no hearing when temps were 1c-4c Tv on wall but didn’t work. 1 toilet roll for the stay. Tried to message twice and no one replied. Water didn’t drain into the shower train so while wet room/shower was wet, including toilet and sink area. Noise from very busy road and noisy upstairs. Load music/tv until midnight. Could hear everything from other tenants. No parking, had to find space on very busy road.
