Carbonara Palace 2 - Luxury Comfort under Medieval Towers

Modern apartment in a great location. Coffee machine was a bonus.

Unable to change the AC unit from hot to cold. It required a technician which didn't happen. It was a 27 degree day and very hot in the room. We were unable to open the windows for airflow as the people downstairs were smoking and it came straight into the apartment. Glad we were only there for one night. The previous guests dishes were still in the dishwasher waiting to be unloaded. Something I think the cleaner should have done considering check out is at 10am and check in is at 4pm. They had ample time. Management was quick to respond but unable to really do more to help.

Clean and spacious apartment.

Very active and demanding communication before arriving about sending my document pictures to WhatsApp. Had to pay extra 20€ some kind of tax in cash that I was not aware of before. No natural daylight, all windows against another wall.

The location of the flat is perfect and near the old city center, it is just beside a garage where you can park your car, this garage is private so it means it's not you that park the car and it is quite expensive (35€/day for a diesel car).

The flat is noisy, not because of the street but because of the heating system for the 1st room, during the night, and the air system for the 2nd room which is just near to it.

Very good location and big shop near by. In general very good place to stay with family. Kitchen has almost all necessary if you would like to prepare a breakfast or dinner there.

A bit noisy in one bedroom because of outside ventilation facility. A lot of dust under the bed in another bedroom, it is better sometimes clean there. Perhaps small pot will be nice to have in the kitchen in addition to other equipment. The owner messed up a bit with our keys pick up instructions, but we sorted it out shortly.
