The space, cleanliness, the facilities were new and corridors were cleaned daily. Fittings still new.

Check in process, process of Security Deposit should be handled before day of check in, insistence by staff on payment of deposit by QR code or bank transfer and receipt shown before releasing check in details and location of mail box, misleading advertisement of small Smart TV but can't be operated without own account subscription, small and low double Bed, uncomfortable sofa. Insufficient toiletries, no indoor slippers nor plastic obesity on wet bathroom, floor and kitchen towels were later replenished but not bath towels for 5 nights stay. No pool towels given. 3 Lifts but too slow especially if live on the high floors.

床实在很舒服，只是枕头有点高。非常干净舒适，很舒服。

1）浴室应该要有置放沐浴露和洗发液的装置 2）房间应该备要有tissue 3）浴室应该备有抹手布和拖鞋 4）我的停车位在8楼，但是管理员发了一张7楼的图片给我，这样导致我有点乱了

The house is nice & cozy. Everything is fine with the house.

The instruction of self check in is unclear & confusing. The entitled parking lot is so far away from the lift to the house. Deposit is expensive & need to wait long for refund.
