The key collection process was horrendous and poorly managed. After a five-hour train journey and a 40-minute Grab ride to the property, I found no counter and had received no instructions beforehand. I was forced to call a number found only after checking my booking details. This led to a chaotic and frustrating sequence. After providing my booking details via WhatsApp, I was left waiting for 25 minutes with zero communication about the delay. My follow-up call was handled by a different agent who falsely claimed the instructions had been sent, then asked me to hold and abruptly hung up. Eventually, the initial contact person replied, explaining they had to check the booking—a detail that should have been communicated immediately instead of leaving a tired customer waiting. The entire check-in process was stressful and caused a significant unnecessary delay to my arrival. The unit appeared unprepared. This lack of readiness may explain the check-in delay: the floor was wet upon entry. Furthermore, the water from the kitchen and bathroom sinks ran brown when first turned on, indicating the unit had been vacant and unused for some time. Finally, the shower drain was clogged, causing water to back up during even a short shower. Recommendation: Management must provide clear, proactive instructions (including deposit and key collection procedures) immediately upon booking confirmation and maintain better communication during check-in. If you plan to stay here, I strongly advise you to call them in advance before your arrival to minimize frustration.
