These properties have potential but are filthy dirty, bins full, back falling off the sofa, bits of bed frame all over the house, no mirrors, tiles missing from bathroom, blinds fallen down. We complained and were moved to another property, better but still dirty along with some other issues. Some of the other visitors had a party while we were there, super noisy, trashed their house, left take away cartons everywhere along with blood from using hippy crack canisters. Felt sorry for the woman who was working there.

Poorly maintained, poorly cleaned, poor quality (eg beds are super sunken). Multiple beds squeezed into rooms such that doors only half open.

The property itself is nice in its glorious days.

We rented this property as a group of seven, and unfortunately, it was a complete disaster. While the property itself has potential, the management is absolutely disgraceful. Nearly everything was dirty, and basic necessities were either missing or unusable. he cutlery was filthy and rusted. There were no detergent tablets for the dishwasher or washing machine. The trays and dishes were covered in grime (see images). A plastic container for minced beef was bizarrely used in the kitchen drawer. Despite being advertised as suitable for 11 occupants, there were only enough dishes and cups for four people. The garden and surrounding area were infested with mice, making it impossible to use the patio or outdoor space. The bedsheets were really dirty, and one of them was wet. One of the beds was visibly broken, yet the management rented the property as-is. A mirror, which had been poorly stuck to the wall with Blu-tack, fell on my guest's head when the door was closed. The toilet’s air hatch was missing, leaving a large hole (approximately 1x1 foot). It seems the owner has abandoned the property to a careless manager who does not maintain it properly. As soon as we paid the deposit, no one responded to our calls, leaving us to deal with the issues on our own. This property is far from the standard expected, and Booking.com should reconsider promoting such properties to protect customers from similar experiences.

Lovey property with plenty of room and in a peaceful location

The house should have been cleaned when we arrived!! There were dirty towels on the washing machine, the place was Grubby. The company promised to have it cleaned the next day and didn't because they had lost the spare key!! They didn't even ring to let us know they had not cleaned the house.

Really liked the decor. All rooms were set up nicely. Came with my family and everyone liked it. Private parking, easy access to property. Wish we had got there sooner to enjoy it more.

Can't say there was anything that I didn't like to be honest.
