Dah banyak kali menginap di imperial herritage Melaka ni.lokasi sgt strategik dan mudah pegi shopping mall cri makan pun sgt senang depan ada McD 7e.bilik pun bersih ruang tamu siap ada sofa bed harga pun berbaloi .staff sgt ramah masa check in pukul 4 ptg bilik sy Blum siap lagi tapi staff bg hi tea ..keseluruhan mmg bagus .

After 1.5 hours standing in queue in a hot/small lobby, was told room wasn't ready at 5 pm, promised to come back in 1 hour, not ready at 10 pm! Encouraging guests to cancel and go elsewhere. Not able to manage their own business. Disrespect and disregarding guests.

The location right in Malacca town and adjacent to Dataran Pahlawan mall is very convenient. Ample parking space. The beds and pillows are quite okay. We had a good view.

The check in was horrendous. We checked in on 22/03/2026, and this was during Aidil Fitri weekend, and there was a huge crowd! The lobby was somewhat stuffy and the cehck in counter personnel was quite slow maybe because of understaffed and exhaustion. The Duty Manager didn't really help matters, as she was quite arrogant and caused the guests further agitation. It was already pass 7pm, and the rooms were not even ready! we had to wait another 30 mins, so we walked over to McDonald's across the street. And when we went back to the counter, the lady said our room was not ready but if we didnt mind we could opt for a lower grade room - we were not upgraded but lower graded! Because we were so tired and it's just a one-night stay, we didn't make a fuss and just took the room. The management could have planned better and if there were overwhelmed, there should have paused taking bookings online. That would have been better because then at least I could have looked for other alternatives.

Location was fantastic, facilities were good. Nice bed and fluffy pillows, nice feel being in the room. Had a good rest at night. Comfy

Long wait hours to check in , from 3pm till 7.30pm. Booking showed check in at 3pm, but upon arrival, we were told room was not ready and dragged till 7pm. Issue no. 2, staff took almost 40 minutes for one hotel guest, leaving a long line of guests, restless managing children and luggage. All the guests had the same problem. Cleanliness of bathroom tiles is poor, need to scrub with chlorox. Aircon not powerful, no laundry bag.

The service was poor and unprofessional. Despite checking in late, the room was still not ready even at 9:00 PM. We had booked 2 rooms for 5 adults, but it was changed to a suite with only 3 beds, seemingly just to accommodate the situation. Additionally, 2 single beds were added, which were uncomfortable.

I booked two rooms on March 21 for 3 PM check in but we got check in at 11:30 PM and next day they asked to check out by 3 PM Rooms were dirty and toilets are super dirty
