The room was very nice

The toilet was outside of the room and that wasn’t clear

The apartment was in the very center of the city and market place. It was easy to visit downtown and restaurants. It is a clean room with a private bathroom, very clean and spacious. Host was very responsive and helpful. Check in was easy.

Comfortable bed, location vs. city centre good.

Airconditioning not able to control and too hot during the night. Balcony extremely stale, hot and smelly because of high walls around and severall airconditioning units. Window not opened during the nights because of this, followed by dry air inside from aircon.. Noisy because of neighbour bathroom beside.

It was really good! Room was clean and spacious. There was an issue with the air conditioning but I’ve reached out the owner over booking and they gave us easy steps to follow!

Nothing too bad but we had to carry our baggage over stairs - two floors.

Pity we need to walk in the corridor to go to the bath room. One time we met another guest when we get out from the bath in bathrobe. Not nice.

The room was very spacious and clean. The hotel is perfectly located — close to everything we needed, but still very quiet at night. We had a great and relaxing stay!

The air conditioning turned on and off during the night, which might be noticeable for light sleepers. Noise-cancelling earplugs could help.Overall, a very comfortable and convenient stay!

lovely clean large room, clean large bathroom, 4-500m from Piazza Maggiore. In the building itself, the first floor is with restaurants and shops.

Wi-fi is now a standard option - it's time to think about providing free one. It's also a good idea to consider an option with breakfast included.

Lovely big room with good facilities.

The room door to the communal hallway did not provide good sound insulation. We were disturbed by other guests arriving and leaving - presumably to catch early flights or trains.

Location

The shared space which you had to walk through to get to the room. The room felt small for the price - nowhere to sit or eat other than on the bed. The outside terrace felt unusable as another room had a window opening onto it. The room was also unbearably hot with no obvious way to control the air conditioning.
