"Amazing location with everything you need for your stay."

The location is amazing. Steps from the beach, dining, and shopping including a small grocery store, bakery, and deli. The hosts were always available for questions. The place was clean and modern with everything we needed. Plenty of towels for the beach and bathroom. A/C worked perfectly.

Beautiful place. Right by the beach. Back door goes right out into the pool area. Landlord always available if we had a question.

Hot water works great but at first we had an issue trying to get hot water but it was my fault. Faucets seem reversed from USA. If you turn to the handle to the right water is initially colder than if you turn to the left but if you wait 15 seconds or so it gets really hot. He called out a maintenance guy right away and he showed me what I was doing wrong.

"Amazing! Excellent! Will stay here again!"

The studio is located less than a 5 min walk to the beach and even less to the restaurants and supermarket. We are very familiar with Orient Bay and would 100% stay at Alamanda and this unit again. Unit was very well equipped and very clean. Bed was very comfortable. It is a perfect place for two people who want an easy stay at Orient Bay as everything is walking distance. The owner was always responsive, answering questions in less than 5 minutes. AC worked very well. Terrace was so nice for outdoor coffee in the morning and drink in the evening. Pictures are exactly as the unit is! Do not hesitate to stay here - I promise you, you will not regret it!

Nothing! We loved our stay and will definitely stay here again.
