Addington Townhouse 7 mins walk to Arena

We loved this property. Quiet, secure, warm and had everything we needed for a short stay. I would definitely stay again.

The shower drained slowly so the tray would begin to fill, but it wasn’t anything to worry too much about.

Great location - 7 minute walk to rugby stadium and netball arena. Close to motorway but still very quiet. Comfortable, large bed. Fully stocked with necessities - including salt, pepper, oil, washing powder. Very helpful and patient owner.

Code on front door didn't work. Phoned owner and she gave us directions for spare key in lockbox. No private carpark but plenty of space for parking on a quiet street.

Loved everything! We would certainly stay here again when visiting our family nearby.

Cafe and restaurant are within 8 - 15 mins walk. We find it really enjoyable for a small stroll back to the townhouse after a big meal.

Absolutely fabulous stay. You could pay more for a generic hotel stay- but why would you. This provided everything a couple away could ask for + more. Would definitely book again if we're staying in Christchurch. We travel to Christchurch probably every 6-8 weeks to stock up on food sales, so the full size Fridge/Freezer was ideal. Communication with Sharon was great.

Back sliding door was unlocked when we arrived- not sure how secure the property was before we arrived, and towel heater was already switched on- we didn't mind this as the towels were nice and warm though. Vacuum was full- so didn't vacuum before we left.

Host was a pleasure to deal with. Great place to stay, plenty of space and everything was there.

Great, modern space and facilities. Walking distance to Wolfbrook Arena. Very responsive host.

No dedicated parking and a sports game had taken up all the street parking the night we arrived.
