Alquile otro apartamento en el bloque de enfrente desde el segundo día. El piso era insalubre y está lleno de hormigas . Por otro lado, solo nos proporcionaban una llave para un piso de 8 y se necesita la llave absolutamente para todo. Les he pedido factura y aún no la han proporcionado

The apartment was nothing like the pictures advertised. It was dirty, curtains were broken, air-conditioner was absent in the front room and broken in one of the bedrooms, no microwave or hairdryer. The toilet cistern on one of the toilets was open because the lid was broken. It was a horrific experience and the vendor refused to acknowledge the poor condition of apartment. We had to relocate to another place without any help because it was not fit for purpose.

In 2010 and 11 we live at casa tiara for 1 year, for this reason we wanted to stay there for a few days before srarting our holidays. Its nearby the LRT and nice food nearby

Weeks before arrival requested early check--in because after a long flight with small children we want to sleep a bit. ( arrival 11:00 am)., no response. When arrived made a call, couldnt enter. Answer: did i reply on your mail... no, so enter only from 3 pm .... ( what the fck answer). When we enter the room, was shocking., a bad maintained appartement and not very clean at all. Smudgy towels and curtains, a small kitches with a bad working sink and filthy glases. If yoy want to cook, bring your own gasbottle. Shower, brrr. My wife didnt want to shower, luckely we have friends in Shah Alam, we shiwered there. Di not rent this appartment!!..

Not well maintained and dirty. All glass surfaces had an oily appearance and were not cleaned. Very dusty and had mold in some areas. The current appearance of the apartment does not match the images on the site. We had to leave as my wife’s allergies could not handle staying there. Also the stores on the ground floor are mostly closed and look poorly maintained

Facilities are good, can improve in terms of changing some household items as some of them was a bit old. Maybe can add some household stuff like microwave oven. Besides, the customer service is quite good.

the lock was sometimes broken till cannot be used anymore, so somehow a bit worry when left the things in the house. The infotainment (Netflix) cannot be connected to the TV. Besides, there is a pool and a gymnasium provided but cannot use them due to the very strict rules; the gymnasium cannot be accessed using the access card, need to request another access card to enter the gymnasium, and for the pool, the guard said for the muslim man needs to be shirtless or wearing swimsuit and the same condition applies to the muslimah women. My suggestion is to be more lenient in terms of attire for swimming especially for muslim family because most of places we can swim in the pool wearing a normal clothes without necessarily wearing the swimsuit. Besides, needs to provide another access card if the visitor needs an access to the gymnasium. I hope these problems and suggestions can be forwarded to the apartment’s management.
