"Perfect. A relaxing family stay with great dog walks on doorstep"

We were met when we arrived even though we were given a key code. Were told to message if needed anything. Had a wonderful welcome basket on arrival. We booked in for a roast at a recommended venue and were offered 10% discount as we were staying at Little Home Farm. The food was exceptional. The garden was safe for our dogs and the hot tub was a bonus ... even on a rainy day.

"Stunning cottage"

Beautiful home with stunning furnishings- all very clean and comfortable. A lovely welcome pack for us (milk, bread, eggs, marmalade etc) and for the dogs 🥰(!) Wonderful hosts- really great communication and very friendly. A pub just next door, but also walking distance into Lymington which is beautiful.

"Fantastic little gem"

an absolute little gem hidden in Lymington. The cottage was perfect, 3 ensuite rooms, well equipped kitchen and beautiful garden with a hot tub. only a 20 minute stroll to town for shops and places to eat....can highly recommend The Ferryman. The hosts, Steve and Tiff, are fab. on hand to help if needed. a fantastic place to stay.

The kitchen chairs, scrapped across the floor...everything else was perfect
