"Superb"

Good location for Co-op live and Etihad Stadium. Lovely comfortable beds. Garden is a little sun trap Lovely host.

No standard TV Chanel’s, had to use Iplayer and Netflix account. No seating in the garden.

"Exceptional"

The location was great, a close walk to the coop stadium. Also a 14min drive to the centre. The host was great and fast responding to messages. Loved that the car park was gated. Lovely property.

Fantastic location for the Etihad. Nice and quiet but only 5 minutes walk from the stadium. Lovely sized house & bedrooms, well equipped kitchen & a small suntrap back yard.

Everything was perfect other than, a very small point, the TV wasn't great, with no 'normal' channels, just IPlayer, ITVX etc.

"clean house but should not be advertised as a 4 bed property"

very clean house, well equipped kitchen and host allowed us to extend our check out time by 1.5 hrs.

The sofa bed was too small and hard for adults to sleep on comfortably, and although there were spare bedsheets and towels, there was no extra blanket so my friends who took it in turns to sleep on it were really cold in the night. TV remote was broken and TV screen had some white spots on the screen when we did manage to turn it on.
