2 Bed Property Close to Heathrow Airport

The apartment was spacious, bright and comfortable. The location was great. Close to Heathrow, Kew Gardens and public transport into the city center. Also Sarah was really helpful!

The only downside was that the apartment was difficult to find. Some more specific directions could easily solve this.

The community environment is very good, with complete housing facilities and convenient living and cooking.

The convenience of check-in is insufficient. We hope to improve the convenience of check-in, such as timely response and self-service check-in.

Good communication with host regarding checkin. The apartment is of newer build, with decent facilities. Very spacious and fine for two couples or friends travelling together.

Cleaning could be stepped up, as therewere some cobwebs and hair in the corners. Towels rubbed of and should be replaced. Some pieces of furniture was coming apart, so an overall tidying of the apartment is recommended. The apartment is about 45 minutes away from central London, with buses, trains and metro running within 15 minutes, depending on mode of transportation.

Great location for Kew Gardens. All clean and modern.

air con didn’t work and a few bits falling apart in the kitchen and hot water sometimes didn’t work but all in all a great stay.

House was big, clean and everything was working.
