Hotel Apartment with 2-en suite Bedrooms

Everything about the apartment was spot on clean modern a good choice of television channels for the time we were in the apartment. It was nice area with restaurants and bars nearby.

The only small complaint would be if there was a folder with some information about wi fi numbers and useful contact numbers .

Property was close to a supermarket, the Santa Catalina bar scene, and to a very cool strip of restaurants. It was clean, sufficiently equipped, efficient, and had a very aesthetically pleasing design. It’s perfect for a group to travel and stay.

This is not something that should deter groups or families, but parking is a mess. It’s in the city center, so you’ll be circling around a bit if you rent a car.

The location was perfect, really close to the city centre and everything walkable. The amenities were really good, and I love having a Smart TV with Netflix. The host was very kind and easy to organise with, and overall we loved our stay.

It's definitely easier to check-in without having to meet a person i.e. having a lockbox to collect keys from with a code instead. My dad struggled getting up the stairs as he is quite immobile and they were quite dark and steep, but perhaps it already said no step-free access on the property description (didn't check). Neither of these points though I would say should reflect negatively on the host or apartment, they were both great! :D

Perfect location— very comfortable stay.

The apartment was stylish, central and beautifully furnished. The kitchen was well equipped and it was an extra bonus that the supermarket was seconds from the front door. There were incredible restaurants just a few minutes walk from the apartment - the location couldn't have been better. Our stay here was very comfortable (great air con in each room), and a great place to chill.

Clean property, only a short walk from the city centre and port. Rooms were comfortable and it had everything we needed in the apartment. The host was friendly to deal with meeting us at the property on arrival.

The flat is compact and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, there was a washer/dryer, hairdryer and the heating came through the AC unit which worked. The beds and duvets were very comfortable and the location is 10 min to center and is more of a local neighborhood. Lots of restaurant choices, supermarket across the street, pharmacy and local market hall - the area is called Santa Caterina. The entrance steps are not many but quite step if you have big suitcases. The walls don't seem too well isolated and you hear footsteps and voices - January was quiet but still could hear a bit

The bathrooms had sewer smells coming and going sporadically, not super strong but still. One bathroom has no curtains or tinted window which is odd, so I just put a blanket to cover (this was pointed out in another comment and surprised nothing was done). What is surprising is the little amounts of outlets to plug in several devices, so if you are 2 couples, have to take turns - WIFI not strong enough for video call in bedrooms. We were originally 2pp and last minute my daughter joined so I had to ask for extra towels and bedding (just a duvet and a pillow) and they asked for 60 Euros extra.

The apartment was very clean and and well equipped. Very close to some amazing restaurants and the centre of Palma, not too far from the beach. Great communication with hosts.
