Large Flat with 4 Bedrooms in Copenhagen

It was in the center of the town. You can easily find different restaurant, supermarkets and tourist spots.

The property needs to fix all the doorknobs. From the main door, the doorknob is missing. It was a little hard to close and open the door without it. Also the doorknobs in each and every rooms are loose, sometimes almost falling out, and no locks in rooms.

The morning after our first night, there was no electricity at all in the entire apartment. We contacted Nest Collection, the management company, at 9 a.m. and repeatedly by e-mail and telephone throughout the day, to report and resolve the problem. At 6 p.m. (!!!) the final answer from Nest Collection was "the power will be restored tomorrow morning between 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m." (which is after our departure)! Nest Collective then offered us neither alternative accommodation nor a full refund, but a one-night refund for staying in accommodation without electricity! It’s unacceptable to rent a property where the electricity is not functioning (regardless of the reason) and not offer alternative accommodation or a full refund, especially since we were unable to have lighting, cook, bathe, or charge electronic devices, during our stay. And to top it all off: - windowless bathroom with traces of mould, - dirty tableware - very noisy apartment, - no blackout curtains for daylight. - dirty common areas At this level of non-service and lack of respect for the customer, we feel insulted.

The property was very spacious for sleeping and relaxing. We were four adults and two small children and there was plenty of room for everyone to find their own space. The bathroom is small but expected for European hotels and apartments

It is a two-story walk up. This was totally fine for our group, but we did have to carry a stroller up. So if you are planning to attend with people who have hard time with stairs, it may not be best for you, but it was fine for us. Also on the sink in the bathroom needs to be repaired and tightened, but it works fine. Again, all of these are minor issues because the location and spacious availability is well worth it.
