It was very quiet

The hot tub wasn't working well. The cabin needed a deep cleaning to get rid of the cob webs around the doors and ceiling and the game room needed to be cleaned and updated.

The property was exactly as pictured! It was nestled back off the road, with incredible views. The cottage was so cozy, and we were able to fully relax and enjoy the surroundings. Loved the fireplace, the giant tub upstairs, and the hot tub out back. The house was well appointed, with a coffee maker, kitchen tools, games and books, and other necessities. The beds were perfect, the bedding soft and fluffy and cozy. We loved how, even with other homes nearby, it definitely felt secluded and private.

I do wish there was something added in the description as a warning/preparation for the drive up the mountain. The house is located about 2 miles up a mountain, with pretty small lanes and tight turns. Unfortunately, we arrived after dark, and being from a state with no mountains, weren't as secure/comfortable driving up the gravelly mountain road as others from the area might be. Perhaps just a note that a 4WD vehicle is recommended. Also, make sure you have your door code memorized/printed out prior to arriving. I didn't even think about it, and when we got to the house, there was very little reception (expected due to its location). That being said, the owner responded incredibly quickly to provide the code, and once I got service (from the wifi in the house), I realized it was absolutely my error for not downloading the email prior. One more note - most likely due to the time of year and the cold weather - there wasn't enough hot water to fully fill the bathtub. By the time it was full, it was lukewarm.

The hot tub didn’t work even after they came to fix it. The driveway to the cabin was so rough on your vehicle.

The road or lack there of.they should warn ppl about it if it had rain we wldve been stuck bc my daughter drove my mom's car couldn't get bk up the driveway when it was time to leave I was fine I was in SUV so lucky I kno how to drive and my husband pushed me up tha hill and tha neighbors gladly helped us out.

We like the hot tube and game room. Inside was clean and comfy.

Outside porch needed to be cleaned. And there was trash all around the trash bin that someone left. We tried to clean that the best we could

My family really enjoyed the game room. Sitting on the multiple decks and relaxing. We had the same deer that we named Debbie come every evening around 7 and graze. We took a little hike from the cabin which was fun. Hot tub was relaxing and so was the bed in the master bedroom.

There was nothing I didn’t like

We loved the view and the quietness during our stay.

The only thing I didn't like was that the screen on the front door would not close, and the back door screen was torn a little. Which dint allow us to keep the doors open just to feel breeze. Didn't want outside bugs coming in. Otherwise, all was good.✔️❤️💐

It was well stocked, all you need to bring is the food. Also they thought of the kids with everything from baby gates to high chairs. Very comfortable and quiet location, end of road so you only see neighbors out front.
