Fantastic home from home. Lovely clean home, with everything you need.

Excellent curb appeal, outside everything was clean, neat and tidy with the added bonus of off road parking. The house was clean, neat and tidy also, very comfortable sitting room with 2 sofas and a dining table if required. Warm and cosy. Excellent WiFi connectivity in all rooms, TV with streaming services. Well stocked kitchen with everything you could possibly need for your stay. There is a very pleasant looking rear outside area (we did not make use of this area during our stay) Nice sized bedroom with a comfortable bed, we both had good nights sleep while there. Nice bathroom with a excellent shower. Good quality towels supplied. The neighbourhood was very quiet throughout our whole stay. A excellent place to stay to explore Ripon, highly recommended.

Nothing not to like, just a small suggestion, maybe a outside light for the front door.

Beautiful little house with everything you need provided. We appreciated the milk for a cuppa on arrival. The house is comfy with lots of space for 2 people. The bed was comfy and the kitchen very well equipped. Couldn't ask for much more. It's a 15 minute walk into town to enjoy the restaurants on an evening and 2 minute drive to morrisons to pick up the essentials, great location for visiting fountains Abbey (10 min drive) and Brimham rocks (20mins).

Everything was perfect, the drive is rather steep so ensure you have a good working handbrake or park on the road nearby, can't complain about anything.
