Good location. Well equipped. Accommodating owner. Outside space.

Nothing we didn’t like.

Great facilities provided in a relaxing homely atmosphere. Excellent communication with the host felt reassured that if any issues occurred she would have responded promptly.

I live in the country so noise from the road but what else can you expect in the suburbs of a city.

Lovely place to stay very clean and quiet everything you need,nice neighborhood around 10 to 15 min walk into Ripon less than 30 to Racecourse couldn't have wished for a better place to stay,

We had a fantastic stay at this property. The location was excellent and only 0.5 miles from Ripon City Centre and the Cathedral. Having 2 safe car parking spaces was a bonus and meant that we didn't need to use the car due to the proximity to the City Centre. Everything was exceptionally clean and the house had everything you could possibly need. Dawn provided us with all the required information and communication was excellent. We look forward to returning and fully recommend the property.
