We had a small issue regarding parking charges upon arrival, as there was a misunderstanding in communication. However, the owner, Robin, handled the situation very professionally and kindly. He was very understanding and immediately offered a fair solution by extending our check-out time until 1 PM at no extra charge. This gesture really helped ease our inconvenience, especially on a very important day for us. We truly appreciate his responsiveness, hospitality and willingness to resolve the matter in a respectful and generous way. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this place for its good service and responsible host.
