The Orchard, 5 Star Luxury Accommodation

As advertised, a luxurious and extremely well equipped property with lots of space.

The orchard was extremely clean , well designed , very comfortable with excellent facilities. We were a multigenerational family , the downstairs bedroom / en-suite suited us perfectly. Pauline was a fabulous host, leaving delicious treats & meeting us on arrival. Any questions/ queries were responded very quickly.

Very easy communication before, during and after the stay. Welcome hamper with treats awaiting us ! Beautiful home with everything you need.

No issues with the property.

The property is faultless, It has been recently renovated to an exceptional standard and there was not one single aspect we would change. We we're welcomed on time by the owner and given a brief tour. The property is in a quiet location and the rear garden has great privacy. We we're a family of 5 with 3 young kids and we loved the entire experience. Thanks very much Pauline & Grahame for a fantastic weekend, we will be sure to return.

This property is just superb. Pauline was an excellent host and very acommodating. I was part of a group of ladies staying for a relaxing weekend together. Pauline met us to hand over the keys (after organising a few extras on request for our arrival) and gave us a tour of the property and some interesting information about the history of the house. We were very impressed with every last detail in the house, sone lovely little touches. The house has a huge kitchen/living area which was lovely to relax and socialise in, spacious bedrooms with lots of wardrobe space and not to mention the outdoor patio with hot tub. Everything you could need is in this house and the furnishings and products used in the house are of the best quality. The house itself is in a quiet residential area, with a large service station and shop about 1-2 minute walk away. A 10 minute walk takes you in to Newcastle town centre so very accessible yet away from the hustle and bustle. Great house to explore the area from and we managed a hike in the Mournes and cold water dip in the sea during our stay. Everything was top notch and myself and my friends had such a relaxing weekend. Would highly recommend 👌

Nothing! If I was being picky I would say the addition of shampoo in the bathroom would be great

House is stunning. Beds and pillows are super comfy. Pauline the host is lovely and will help you with anything you need 😊 Hot tub is always a bonus. We had a fab stay in The Orchard

An amazing place house is one of the best houses I’ve stayed in while away in air b&b’s and I’ve been to a lot. Kids loved it has everything you need and more highly recommend

Hostess greeted us herself at the house, gave us a quick tour of the house, and demonstrated how to use all of its many facilities.. definitely exceeded our expectations. Location was perfect, within walking distance of the local bars and restaurants. Ample parking for 4 cars!

We had no complaints other than our trip was too short!!
