Coffee not ready

Slippery tub and shower. Beds were very uncomfortable

Doors wide enough for wheelchair. Bathroom big enough for wheelchair. Shower was a absolute plus, was great for handicapped person. The room was clean and quiet. The desk people were very friendly. Greeted us when checking in as well as when we checked out. The overall atmosphere was great

Nothing I could eat on a WE diet. The available items were minimal

Staff friendliness and help as they couldn’t find where booking.com had paid so I had to pay sgain

The mattress's definitely need to be flipped

I did not get up in time to have breakfast in your lobby area. I did like that you were located right next door to Bob Evans, where I ate a nice breakfast that fit my dietary needs. I thought the area inside the handicap room was very good for someone with a wheelchair (bathroom and bed area) I liked that you had a mini fridge, microwave and hot water/coffee maker in the room. This made it convenient for me to keep my insulin cold and make tea in the morning The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was also comfortable. Also the property felt safe as you needed a key to get into the building from the outside without going through the lobby. also the lobby was staffed 24/7 so anyone coming in was seen by the staff

the room was not lit in all areas (at the entrance, in the shower area) could have been better. The door handle was not properly seated and made it tricky to open the door, but once I told the desk, they addressed it promptly

Bed was comfortable aand the room was clean

Building with rooms is not connected to the reception and breakfast area. No elevator to the second floor made getting to room a little difficult to get to for someone with bad knees.
