The location is fantastic. The place was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed.

Finding a parking space was sometimes tricky.

Parking is very difficult, it's a residential area and it's first come first parked. Probably a bit easier during the week. Ashburton is short of parking generally unless you use the car parks, which are a bit of a hike from the flat.Had to park on double yellows on the second night. Few things missing, bedsides lamps for reading and a mat to make the shower safer.

Clean, well equipped and lovely location.

A little bit loud as could hear every sound on the street, joggers running in the morning etc but as it is a peaceful village this wasn’t a huge issue.

Beautiful location and lovely apartment.

Only a little thing, but no coffee maker or shower gel provided. (But both on the list of what was included at the property) I wouldn’t have minded, except I deliberately didn’t bring any and left my travel coffee pot at home because said they were provided!

Good location for Dartmoor, easy to get to places. Great accommodation, lots of little details and kitchen well equipped. Parking not an issue.

Great location right near the shops in Ashburton. I was doing a course at the cookery school and the location was also perfect for this, about a 15 minute walk. Property was nicely done up, bathroom and kitchen were in good condition. Easy check in We found parking quite easy - you're relying on street parking but it was never an issue for us Host was nice, responsive

The biggest thing which would stop us staying here again is the mattress - it should be noted that this is personal opinion, some people might find it perfect but personally I've never slept on such a soft mattress. It felt like an air bed as you sink into it and affected our sleep. The issue we had with this property is that it's marketed as luxury which it just isn't by almost any measure. Some of these things are small and unimportant but some do matter. Towels are rough and need replacing. Soap bottles could be replaced by nice looking refillable ones. Kitchen equipment needs refreshing and replacing. New bath mat which fits better. The host asks guests to wash up after themselves which is completely correct (we'd do this anyway) but it should still be checked because I had to rewash stuff before use. It would probably take a spend of less about 300 pounds (plus mattress) to make a massive difference to the place.
