I booked this for my family; i chose this hotel as it was near at UST hospital which they will be heading for my nephews yearly checkup for his last operated kidney and It is my first time using Booking.com. It was my fault not to double check for the hotel policy or the application policy for the cash payment which be process in the hotel? But please even if your guest is to grumpy or nosy please be nice to them you don’t even know what they are going through and also they want a nice rest before heading to their destination right? Please don’t ever tell my family that “Marami ka lang alam?? Which was heard by my niece that’s so nice it was really nice communicating with you but please do handle your front desk not blurt out some not so nice word against your guest. Hopefully this kind of incident will not experience by other guest. And also my family is not a city person’s we are from the province but that does not mean we don’t know how to blend in. I do booked a lot of hotels in manila before leaving Philippines and leave here at Canada so i know what was the rules of the hotels. I just wanna rant this because i do the booking on behalf of my family and tell them it was a nice hotel as i’ve seen in booking.com and also they really communicate well in messages but the only thing is the front staff receptionist. Might be this is the first and last time i will be using this app to booked any hotels flights. Thank you

The initial member of staff that checked us in was helpful and friendly. The check in area appeared clean.

The remaining staff were unhelpful, and rude. Ignoring messages and calls to request a cancellation due to the poor facilities at the property. Located on a main road, with no double glazing, and broken window shutter, the noise was unbearable. The facilities were generally unclean, and the location was a slum.
