Luxury 3 Bedroom Home With Double Garage

Pleasant! The heated bathroom tiles were a wonderful touch, especially in the cooler evenings, and the living area was spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day out. We also loved how close everything was to the shops and essentials were just a short walk or drive away. Thank you for being readily available and responsive whenever I had questions, which made everything so easy. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend it!

Nice new townhouse in a quiet street close to Merivale mall . Very spacious with good bathrooms and good heating . Loves the underfloor heating in the bathrooms

We found the TV difficult to operate .. lots of others were still logged in .. no instructions and no live TV .. we did use Netflix by using our own account . No coffee machine or plunger or teapot ?? It would also be a good idea to have pillow protectors on the pillows . The cavity slider between the garage and house was broken .. we did manage to close it .. as it was quite cold ..

One of the most visually appealing homes I’ve stayed in. Modern, stylish, and thoughtfully designed throughout. The interiors are sleek yet welcoming, with a good layout for relaxing or spending time indoors.

The sofa bed, while comfortable, was heavily stained and definitely in need of deep cleaning or replacement. The bathroom layout also lacked practicality, with an unsealed shower area causing excessive wetness across the toilet floor. The door to the garage was also problematic as it didn’t close properly due to a catchment issue, which may be inconvenient for guests relying on garage access. It wasn’t immediately obvious which unit was the correct one. We were fortunate that a kind neighbour helped guide us to the right garage. Some clearer check-in instructions or exterior signage would have made a big difference.

Spacious,modern and comfortable home in central location. A definite YES from our group. Would stay again if we needed a place in n Chch.
