"Adequate flat, but cannot be described as luxurious in any way. Price expensive for what it is."

Simple arrival, keys accessible.

Poor wifi speed. Lack of facilities; no baking tray, corkscrew etc. Floors were filthy, vacuumed but not mopped. Adjacent to a very loud road. Uncomfortable sofa. Small parking space. Area felt unsafe.

"clean and comfortable with a home from home feel to the flat."

Home from home feel. The parking space was next door to the flat which was convenient given that it was dark outside by the time we arrived. The flat had everything we needed and the bed was comfortable. We only stayed for one night but would have happily stayed for another and we would stay again.

"Lovely clean apartment. Really enjoyed our stay and will be back for sure."

It was a great stay. Little things like cereal, milk, croissants and the chocolate on the bed just shows they go that little bit further than necessary. Felt personal and welcomed. Good place for a walk along the water. Will stay again. 10/10
