Wow, what can I say—this property is simply beautiful. From the surroundings and interior fittings to the lighting behind the artwork, every detail has been thoughtfully considered. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the addition of a sauna and jacuzzi bath made our stay feel extra special. The two balconies, each offering different views, added to the charm of this already stunning place. If I could give it an 11 out of 10, I would. It’s very well managed—help is available if needed, but you’re left in peace to enjoy your stay. We loved the area so much we extended our trip; although this property was unavailable, Francesco kindly offered us another just a few metres away. It was lovely too, but didn’t quite compare. Easily my favourite booking so far—highly recommended.

My only minor gripe was with parking—on one of the nights it became a bit tricky, as we were initially led to believe we could only park in a specific area. Thankfully, we found a space elsewhere, but it was the last one available. The busyness seemed to be due to local residents hosting large family gatherings in the nearby narrow streets, which, while a beautiful thing to witness, can make parking a bit tight. Also, be aware that the area has very steep hills—fine for us with a 4x4 and good fitness, but something to consider if mobility is an issue.

Everything was beyond our expectations and our expectations as the first time in Tuscany were really high. Communication very easy with property, extremely exquisite attention to detail, great location with local winery available. We will definitely go back and stay longer
