Internet speed was satisfactory.
Swelled floor therefore noise. Small room Very scratched kitchen cooking pans. Humid interior air thus smell. Very late deposit refund almost 3 weeks. Very slow Elevator.

"Seems to be wanting to scam an extra £200 from me"

Firstly, the security deposit is very steep, and isn’t highlighted… I was already uncomfortable paying £300 then they was asking for £500 which wasn’t stated.. then they said it’s an error message, which is not very professional. This made me feel even more uneasy giving them the high deposit
They left me in a very sticky situation, as I didn’t have the night deposit to hand over, they wouldn’t refund me and left me stranded hours and hours miles away from home!

This is at the town center, Very close to bus and train station, multiple food restaurant and convenient stores nearby. Good place but comparatively expensive if you are a solo traveller. Worth the price if you are a family as the kitchen is exceptional
Costly and price fluctuations, bedsheets were never changed during my stay and room had to be cleaned by myself.
