Cosy appartment, well located and equipped for a short stay. Contact with the hosts was very quick and friendly.

It is not very soundproof so if someone in the area has a party that can keep you up. Luckely that didnt happen every night!

Es una estafa, en booking lo tiene publicado como apartamento de dos habitaciones y la realidad es que no es así, es un apartamento de una sola habitación, la ducha no tiene presión de agua, no hay agua filtrada, está muy alejado del centro en una zona rural con un gallo que te despierta a las 5am, nada recomendable.

- Lage: Es ist doch relativ weit abgelegen vom Stadtkern, man läuft 15 Minuten den Berg hoch - Baustelle (Oktober 2025): Nebenan ist eine große Baustelle die großen Baulärm und Musiklärm verursacht - Sauberkeit: Die meisten Handtücher haben Flecken. Uns ist in der Wohnung eine große Kakerlake entgegengelaufen. - Wir mussten von einer Wohnung in die andere wechseln während unseres Aufenhalts aufgrund von Doppelbuchung. An sich kein Problem, der in Aussicht gestellte Rabatt gab es dafür leider nicht. Die eine Wohnung ist deutlich schöner als die andere.

Alles is pas vernieuwd, een warme douche wat handig is na de koude snorkeltochten. Ook uit het kraantje in de keuken en wastafel komt warm water. Verder ook genoeg ruimte voor 2 personen. De airco werkt uitstekend. De keuken heeft veel gerei om een goed gerecht klaar te maken. Verder heeft de eigenaar ook voor ons de 360 tour en een taxi weten te regelen.

Kussen wellicht te slap en verder iets verder lopen naar het centrum max 10-15 min.

Es muy moderno y cómodo. Comparado a otros lugares del mismo rango de precio en la isla (o incluso más caros), está es la mejor opción. El dueño es responsable, flexible, y responde rápidamente. Muy recomendable

Hay una construcción a lado que, habia ruido, polvo y además mucha luz ingresaba en las noches. Por todo lo de más ha sido una excelente estancia.

The host, Andres, is very responsive and helpful not only on the staying property but also other matters like calling taxi, tour and restaurant recommendations. Andres’ English is very good, he communicates well.
